Returns

We hope you will love your OGOE piece. If you wish to make a return, please contact hello@ogoe.us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with the original hang tag and dust bag included.

Once a return has been authorized, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

As each OGOE piece is handwoven, slight variations in color, weave, and form are inherent to the piece and are not considered defects.
